Sharkey Space has the ability to provide additional space. Our development at Bilston is currently being developed due to increased demand in office and multi-purpose space.
Our current plans are for a further 4 buildings, offering the following flexibility.
a. 11,879 sq ft multi purpose building that can be split into various configurations.
b. 3,378 sq ft multi purpose building that can be split into various configurations.
c. 3,378 sq ft multi purpose building that can be split into various configurations.
d. 10,000 sq ft multi purpose building that can be split into various configurations.
